- Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

- Full payment for standard products is required at the time of order. For custom products, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

6. Delivery and Lead Time- Delivery times vary depending on the type of packaging, customization required, and order size. Standard orders are typically shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
- Custom orders may take longer, with an estimated lead time of 10 to 14 business days.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Shipping is available throughout the UK and internationally upon request.
