2. Product Range
  • We offer a comprehensive selection of food packaging products, including plastic containers, cardboard boxes, film wraps, aluminum cans, and other forms of packaging suitable for food products.
  • Our packaging products are designed with safety in mind and comply with the food safety regulations enforced by UK authorities.
  • We also offer customized packaging options. Customers can request specific designs, sizes, or features to meet their unique requirements.
3. Ordering Process
  • Orders can be placed through our website, email, or phone. When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete details, including product specifications, quantities, and any customization requests.
  • After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and an estimated delivery date. If any changes are required, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
4. Customization and Design Approval

  • We provide design proofs for all custom orders. These proofs must be approved by you before production begins. Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms
  • Prices for standard food packaging products are listed on our website or provided upon request. For custom orders, we will provide a quote based on your specifications.
  • Full payment for standard products is required at the time of order. For custom products, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. All transactions will be processed in GBP (British Pounds). Any applicable VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery and Lead Time
  • Delivery times vary depending on the type of packaging, customization required, and order size. Standard orders are typically shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Custom orders may take longer, with an estimated lead time of 10 to 14 business days.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Shipping is available throughout the UK and internationally upon request.
  • While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
7. Returns and Refunds
  • We take pride in delivering high-quality food packaging solutions. However, if you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless we made an error in production or violated your specified design. Be sure to carefully review all proofs before approval to avoid issues.
  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. If an item is returned for reasons other than defects or errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
